SHIPPING INFO ~ TERMS & CONDITIONS
All shipping is within New Zealand only
ALL Plants are posted on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY to avoid any delays in delivery.
Non-perishables will be posted Monday to Thursday.
For Rural delivery please allow an extra 2-3 days on top of normal delivery times.
Your orders are shipped either the same day or the following day (within our shipping days of Monday to Thursday)
We pride ourselves in our secure packaging, but if anything is to happen to your items, please make contact within 24hours of receiving the package, with photos of the damaged product. We will be in contact asap to find a resolution.
Packages will be sent 'authority to leave', unless contact is made saying you'd like signature on delivery. If you do not specify signature delivery, you are accepting the risks of having your package left and therefore Wildvine Theshop or courier are not liable for any damages or stolen goods after delivery.

Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Great Barrier & Waiheke are subject to different shipping fees ~ Please enquire if you are unsure or would like a quote before placing an order.
Large or oversized items are EXCLUDED from standard shipping rates and will incur an extra cost. Please do not hesitate to message us if you are unsure what these items may be or if your order may be considered oversized,

If you are after a bulk lot of a certain product or substrates, please send us an email and we can get you a shipping quote before and order is placed :)
RETURN POLICY
Due to the fragile nature of plants, plants are non refundable so please choose carefully.
Non perishables eg, pots, can be exchanged or refunded within 14days of purchase.
If a product or order is to be returned or exchanged the Freight portion is non refundable.
If product arrives damaged, notification must be given within 24hours of receiving the product and proof of damaged provided eg, photograph
